This policy covers anilardic.com and ANILARDIC, a personal publishing tool that Anıl Ardıç uses to upload his own videos to his own YouTube channel, @anilardic.
1. Who is responsible

2. This website
- No accounts, no forms, no cookies, no third-party scripts.
- Hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate numbers.
3. The ANILARDIC YouTube tool
ANILARDIC uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool is used only by its developer, on his own channel. It is not offered to the public.
4. What it accesses and why
When the channel owner signs in with Google, the tool receives an access token with these permissions:
youtube.upload— to upload the owner's own videos.youtube— to create and manage a playlist for those videos, and to read the channel's name and handle so it can confirm it is publishing to the right channel.
It does not read comments, subscribers, viewing history, messages, or any other account data.
5. Storage and sharing
- The sign-in token is stored only on the owner's own computer (in an encrypted local secret store and a local file). It is never sent to any server run by the developer.
- A local log records the IDs of videos the tool has uploaded, so it does not upload the same file twice.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- ANILARDIC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke ANILARDIC's access at any time from the Google security settings page. Once access is revoked the stored token stops working, and it is deleted from the device. To ask for anything stored about you to be deleted, email ardtechclub@gmail.com.
7. Where data is processed
Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (YouTube) may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own privacy policies and legal safeguards.
8. How long data is kept
- This website stores no personal data itself. Cloudflare keeps request logs according to its own policy.
- The tool keeps its sign-in token only until access is revoked, and its local upload log only for as long as the related videos exist.
9. Your rights
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data about you, or object to its processing. Email ardtechclub@gmail.com; requests are answered within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Children
This site and tool are not directed at children under 13.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
