Currently building AIfactory — a local-first control tower for solo-agent work. Started because I didn't trust someone else's PII / hook telemetry, so I rebuilt it on LanceDB. It grew into a combined pipeline / scrum / CI-CD / DevOps tool. Still improving, still testing.
